Greenhouse Automation Directory

Greenhouse Automation Directory

A directory to list tools to improve productivity: lower costs  - increase yields, enhance plant health. Unless specifically stated, we do not act for any of the manufacturers whose products are displayed.
  • Monitors: Air, water, light, temperature & soil conditions. Track entire buildings, rows or individual plants.
  • Robots: Cultivation, tilling, harvesting, application of insecticide, herbicide, fungicide.
  • Automated Controls: Respond to sensors to implement plant solutions

HV-100

Harvest Automation's flagship product is designed to perform material handling tasks in unstructured, outdoor environments such as those typically found in commercial growing operations. The robots work safely alongside people and require minimal training to operate, while vastly reducing production costs and improving productivity. The HV-100 robots reduce direct labor headcount and costs while enabling efficiency initiatives such as resource management, just-in-time production, and inventory control.

Harvest robots are practical for customers to use: easy to program and deploy. There is very little need to change existing infrastructure or workflows. Our systems are practical in that customers can choose to scale the number of robots deployed to match the work needed to be done.

The workhorse and backbone of our greenhouse automation system, Grover autonomously navigates through our greenhouses to move the plant-growing modules to wherever they need to be, whether for new plants, sunlight, nutrition, water, or harvesting. It can lift more than 1,000 pounds and assists in the monitoring, watering, and harvesting of a wide variety of crops, from leafy greens to strawberries.
