The Plantalyzer® is a combination of autonomous robot, vision which counts and classifies tomatoes on the plant, and intelligent forecasting software. The result is reliable information for accurate crop estimation. Supply and demand can be related, thereby reducing food waste in the supply chain. The Plantalyzer® is fitted with the Greenhouse Positioning System using the BergDrive to move the robot fully autonomously through the greenhouse. The system automatically drives onto the pipe rail from the concrete path, and moves itself from path to path. So there is no need to install any new facilities. Measurements can also run at night, and therefore do not need to disrupt other activities.

The Farmer's Dashboard and its associated device, the Cablebot, is a tool for crop monitoring. With the help of an aerial imaging device, images of the crop are collected and analysed to give the farmer an overview of the status of the crops and also of individual plants.

After plants are detected, a catalogue of individual plants is created. By comparing them with historical data, a grower can obtain plant growth curves. All of the information is then combined into a weed map which is made available on the Farmers Dashboard website.

The Ridder Growth Monitor is a plug-and-play solution that accurately measures the weight of high-wire hanging crops such as tomatoes  and cucumbers. This gives growers precise insight into the daily growth and growth trajectory of their crops. The Ridder Growth monitor is designed to be easily installed and connected to Ridder high-tech process computers.
The Growth Monitor is essentially a weight measuring system that sends data to Ridder process computers from a large representative area from up to 8m2. This gives growers a more precise average over the whole crop, compared to other systems measuring single plants. Our software then converts this data into a clear and easy-to-read overview that tells growers exactly how much their crops have grown, showing the weight and the growth trajectory in kilogram/m2. The dashboard shows daily growth, cumulative growth since the start of measurement and average daily growth. The software filters for anomalies like de-leafing and lowering the plants, giving growers an accurate insight into the daily growth of their hanging crops.
